Congratulations to our 2021-2022 Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Brittany Carter

We would like to congratulate Mrs. Brittany Carter for being voted Teacher of the Year for JMS!  Mrs. Carter teaches Chorus and Show Choir to all grade levels at JMS, and she is an absolutely wonderful teacher that all of the kids absolutely adore!  Along with teaching, she also helps with the Johnsonville Drama Club and the JMS Beta Club.

Mrs. Carter lives in Pleasant Hill, South Carolina.  She is married to Christopher Carter, and has one son, Kingston.  This is her fifth year of teaching at JMS, and she has been teaching 11 years altogether.  She previously taught at Rosemary Middle in Andrews, SC, and spent one year at JES teaching music.

Congratulations Mrs. Carter on being voted JMS's 2021-2022 Teacher of the Year!  We are so proud of you, and we are so blessed to have you at JMS!
