I'm Amanda Stalvey.  I'm a 7th grade ELA teacher at JMS.  This is my 7th year here at JMS but my 16th year teaching in total.  I grew up in Hemingway and graduated from HHS in 1999 and then from Francis Marion University in 2003.  I've stuck around the area because I love these two small towns!  I don't have any kids but I do have a lot of students that I love like my own!!!! And, I have the cutest 7 year old English Bulldog named Lady Tallulah Lovegood Stalvey (Lulu) who I absolutely adore!!!  I love teaching kids that literature can be fun and interesting!  I also LOVE being the lead sponsor for our District Drama Club.  Theatre and Broadway are some of my favorite things and I love sharing that with all my drama kids!
